It seems every day there’s something new on the race for a vaccine for CoVid 19. Typically taking years to develop—if at all—there’s hopeful promise in some early stages and trials. Trekking through England-When Disabilities Are An Extra Challenge
Supporting Independence... The American with Disabilities Act, or ADA, was signed into law in 1990. One provision of the law guarantees equal opportunity for people with disabilities: 1. In public accommodations 2. Transportation 3. State and local government services IMHO, these guarantees insures some measure of independence. PEPS–A Family Affair
When I am invited to speak at a PEPS group I look forward to it for many reasons. I’m very happy to be able to share the importance of PLAY, and its many benefits, of course, with new parents. I love to give them PLAY-based learning activities they can do with their babies. “Will you be here tomorrow?” Words from the mamas that had brought their kiddos out to my PopUP PLAY Date at the Kingsgate Library.
