What is math readiness? For young children it encompasses a handful of principles. Have you ever heard anyone say “I hate math” or “I’m no good at math”? I literally don’t understand those comments. A Soaring Family Hobby….Bird-watching!
A lot of creativity came out when people found themselves under the #StayAtHome order from the #coronavirus pandemic. Imagination is key when limited on where you can be. Families got creative in how they spent their time. I read a newspaper article that caught my eye. It noted that bird-watching was taking flight! I love watching birds! On a recent hike with some fellow friends of the forest, we observed various flora and fauna. Space Travel 50 Years On
I was one of many Americans glued to the TV on July 20th 1969 watching and listening as Neil Armstrong stepped onto the moon’s surface. His “One small step” sentence summed up the feeling of monumental accomplishment not only for the USA but for the world.
